1. Download the USB Redirector client module v1.9.7, Connect phone.

2. Open the USB Redirector client module 1.9.7.

3. Enter the IP address 138.201.30.230 as the remote technician address and press the CONNECT button.

4. Once you see step 1, reconnect the USB cable. When you see step 2, leave it undisturbed and wait for your service to complete.
