By submitting such data, the customer expressly authorizes FlexGSM to transmit it to the corresponding provider for proper service delivery.
FlexGSM does not store or use these identifiers for any purpose other than service execution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Transaction logs (including date, user, IP address, and provider) may be retained for up to 12 months exclusively for auditing or dispute resolution.
The customer acknowledges that FlexGSM acts as a technical intermediary and that the actual service execution depends on independent third-party systems.
FlexGSM does not directly perform or host unlocking, bypass, or device manipulation processes.
