We do not guarantee the availability, success, or processing time of third-party services, as they may vary depending on the provider.
The customer understands and accepts that server downtime, delays, or provider-side cancellations are beyond our control.
Due to the irreversible nature of digital services, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible once an order has been submitted or credits delivered.
Exceptions apply only if the purchased service was not delivered due to technical error on our side, in which case store credits may be issued at our discretion.
Services and products purchased are for personal or business use only, as specified.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sharing of purchased content, accounts, or credits is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in account suspension without refund.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Customers must ensure that orders placed from their account are legitimate and authorized.
Customers agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
Illegal use is strictly prohibited, including (but not limited to):
Unlocking or registering devices reported as stolen, lost, or under financial agreement.
Fraudulent IMEI or serial number modifications.
Using or reselling services for any criminal, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
FlexGSM acts solely as a digital intermediary between the customer and independent third-party suppliers or APIs.
All technical operations (such as unlocks, registrations, or bypass actions) are executed by those suppliers under their own responsibility.
FlexGSM does not perform or host any unlocking process directly.
By submitting any IMEI, serial number (SN), or other identifier, the customer authorizes FlexGSM to transmit such data to the relevant third-party provider solely for service execution.
FlexGSM retains transaction logs for security and compliance purposes.
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet customer expectations.
FlexGSM is not responsible for third-party delays, rejections, or outcomes beyond our control.
FlexGSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
The maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
FlexGSM reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uruguay.
Customers located outside Uruguay agree that jurisdiction shall remain in Uruguay.
