The customer understands and accepts that server downtime, delays, or provider-side cancellations are beyond our control.
Due to the irreversible nature of digital services, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible once an order has been submitted or credits delivered.
Exceptions apply only if the purchased service was not delivered due to technical error on our side, in which case store credits may be issued at our discretion.

Unlocking devices reported as stolen, lost, or under financial agreement.
Fraudulent IMEI/serial modifications.
Reselling services for criminal activity.
FlexGSM reserves the right to refuse service and/or suspend accounts involved in suspicious or unlawful activities.
The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring their use of services is legal in their jurisdiction.
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet customer expectations.
FlexGSM is not responsible for third-party delays, rejections, or outcomes beyond our control.
FlexGSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
The maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
FlexGSM reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uruguay.
Customers located outside Uruguay agree that jurisdiction shall remain in Uruguay.
