Since we provide digital services and products, cancellations are strictly limited and subject to the conditions below.
An order may only be cancelled if it is still pending and has not been delivered, processed, or initiated with a third-party provider.
Once the digital product or service has been delivered, accessed, or submitted to the unlocking/repair server, cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders that are completed, delivered, downloaded, or accessed are not eligible for cancellation.
Orders already submitted to external providers (unlock servers, third-party tools, etc.) cannot be reversed, as processing starts immediately.
Credit purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once added to an account.
To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team at support@flexgsm.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your request is eligible, our team will process the cancellation within 24 hours.
In cases where partial work has already been carried out, we reserve the right to deduct applicable fees before granting any credit or adjustment.
As per our No Refund Policy, no monetary refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
If cancellation is approved, compensation (if applicable) will be provided in the form of store credits that may be used for future orders.
In rare cases of technical errors or service unavailability caused by FlexGSM (and not third-party providers), we may approve a cancellation and issue store credits.
Such exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of FlexGSM.
By placing an order on FlexGSM, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy and understand that digital services are irreversible once processed.
