All products and services offered by FlexGSM are digital and non-returnable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns once a product, service, or digital credit has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

  • Credits, unlock requests, or digital tools cannot be reversed or returned after processing.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product/service.

  • Non-delivery: if the product was never received and there was no download or server processing attempt.

  • Technical issues on our side that permanently prevent access to the purchased product.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong IMEI or model submitted).

  • Rejections, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers (unlock servers, networks, etc.), which are beyond our control.


3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, contact our support team at support@flexgsm.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • You must include: order number, transaction details, and a clear reason for the request.

  • Our team will review each case individually and reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credits to your FlexGSM account, unless otherwise determined.


4. Processing Time

  • Eligible refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
