All products and services offered by FlexGSM are digital and non-returnable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns once a product, service, or digital credit has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Credits, unlock requests, or digital tools cannot be reversed or returned after processing.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate purchase of the same product/service.
Non-delivery: if the product was never received and there was no download or server processing attempt.
Technical issues on our side that permanently prevent access to the purchased product.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong IMEI or model submitted).
Rejections, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers (unlock servers, networks, etc.), which are beyond our control.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@flexgsm.com within 7 days of purchase.
You must include: order number, transaction details, and a clear reason for the request.
Our team will review each case individually and reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.
Approved refunds will be issued as store credits to your FlexGSM account, unless otherwise determined.
Eligible refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
